Leg day today ? just getting to know the latest lat cable pull machine at my gym....never tried this version before, it's pretty cool, just. wasn't sure if I should be pulling w both hands at once , unilateral, or alternate w both hands ??? the example pic on the machine shows a guy alternating much like Im tryna do in the pic but it felt a little odd ?
