so far I got new kitchen floors down, 3 new coats of paint / primer the acrylic kind in every room..... the first two pitches of those planks are going to be the bedroom floors which I haven't installed yet but it's the real good kind that have a half inch of rubber insulation on the bottom so that there's no wobbly pots it's called Ash oak, $3 a square foot.... new bedroom doors, new sliding closet doors and pantry doors... caulking and grout and light fixtures across the board and in the bathroom.... only thing I haven't bought yet is the granite countertops in the kitchen cabinets..... there's no way I ever would have been able to do this without my cousin who's in The building trades helping me because it's not like we have a crew helping out it's just been me and him doing everything
