I know this ain't the best approach but for the last week and a half I've been eating nothing but 2 cans of tuna and 2 protein shakes per day to drop weight fast... finally hit my target weight yesterday ?, now I can start eating normal again, for nothing to worry about celebrated with buffalo wings and curly fries, AF style
