Greetings and salutations : men, women, what ever pronoun makes you feel comfortable of "the fit formally known as Jef " (air quotes applied) ....Haven't had a chance to chat it up w you gym addicted maniacs in a while And thats on me..., life/death/home renovations, moving to another apartment/ gf/x gf drama..., relatives, Realtors, and lawyers oh my" these are but a few of the issues that have taken me not just out of the gym but off my social game here as well, both online, as well as RL..Srry for the lack of support these last 3 months, it's taking some time to adjust to this new way of life and I'm learning it as I go... ironically enough right around the time this contest ends most of my affairs should be in order an I look forward to ending what must seem like a vow of silence very soon?... as you can see, these quick body weight workouts haven't exactly been cutting it, I'm chomping at the bit to get into a new gym, lost 20 lbs , most of it muscle lol, so i def got my work cut out for me but it's cool cuz we can put in that work together and maybe laugh a little bit along the way ?... be seeing y'all very soon !
