3 days later/better....
the last month has been phenomenal for me. I started increasing veggies and salads while gradually phasing out starches (rice, pasta, bread, potatoes) until I eliminated them entirely the last 2 weeks. i kept the same intensity of training, which allowed me to drop 15 pounds this month of June. i think the results showed. my chest and arms have lost mass, I was prepared to trade that for a more prominent mid-section. With that said and done, July is going to be a real leg assault, as a personal challenge. I'm gonna move some things around in my routine and return to eating normal! good caloric intake is required for growth, especially for these large muscles.
