Slowly but surely, y'all! Last week I finally got my crap together! Well, I should say, I was able to juggle all the balls & not let any drop! ???? This week, I am dialing in the nutrition harder & keeping the cardio game on w/ 4-5x per week. I might schedule an Oct/Nov photoshoot to have a real goal. Love this exercise btw. I have def gained strength from the first time doing this exercise earlier this year. ? ? Have a great week! ??
