I've been eating all the foods & changing up the routine all year long to train the posterior chain muscles cause use it or lose it is real, y'all!!! ??The Posterior Chain: The muscles of the posterior chain that are located on the back of the body and include the glutes, hamstrings, calves, lats, erector spinae, and rear shoulder muscles. ??Some of my current posterior chain exercises are: Leg Presses, One-Legged Leg Presses, Hack Squats, Leg Curls, Leg Extensions, Smith Machine: Step Ups, Romanian Deadlifts & Donkey Kicks. They burn so good! ??Remember: you need to eat to grow! Staying in a deficit won't get you full muscles your heart desires!
