ok sooooo I've been skipping out on the gym gains cause I've been prepping for MY LAST MILITARY PT TEST EVERRRRR! Passed! done! FINITO! I was doing 5-6 miles 5x/week, and feel like I lost some of #thatlowerhalf. Was in a calorie defecit, actually still am, but changing it up sooooon!!! Sooooo.....here's to the beginning of growing that lower half! Ladies! I'll be compiling all this on a pdf if u wanna grab it in a few weeks! I'll add it on my FB/IG.
