After a long way on injuries I’m finally back at lifting good weights (personally ?). I’m not dissapointed, but a healthy lifestyle is quite important to maintain the results, and I do think age is affecting that. If your 20 you recover much faster, as now I’m 35 and I really need to warm up, preform excercises with a good technique, take my rest and don’t overdo my own body. But powerlifting is for all ages, just need to adjust some things here and there ?
