Tower workout again. For the past week I’ve switched up my workout routine. I used to do a push/pull/leg split or something of the sort. But I’ve used my push up/pull up tower (for upper body) on day 1, then a running day (for legs) on day 2, then either a rest day or straight back into tower upper body day. It’s really simplified my workout and I feel just as pumped after an entire upper body workout in one day than I do on a workout split. Just sharing my thoughts I guess and what I’m up to ?
