So a few weeks after my 7 day “Nothing but Dinner” fast, I’m gonna try bulking up for a couple months, then cut for a couple more, just in time to have a ripped summer body. I’ve never had one of those before lol But what my fitness journey has taught me so far is that you can’t expect the perfect results when you want them. Results come with time and depending on what your diet/lifestyle is and how long you do it, you can have very different results than the person next to you. Wanna have bigger muscles? Eat more protein and lift weights. Wanna look more toned/fit? Reduce your overall calorie intake (fast, eat less). If you build bigger muscles (bulking) THEN lose fat (cutting) you will have the summer body you’re looking for.
