I swear by this PW. it works for me. best PW. pretty strong stuff though so I usually only take half scoop, and full servings for those heavy DL and squat days, which is like 2x a month. ?? and sometimes I just opt for coffee ?? and I never take this if my sesh is in the afternoon ??? oh hi bicep ? ?
