I know I just posted a progress pic but really liked the shoulder pump and the lighting this late afternoon ? Day 1 of 365, year 2024. Got a workout in the 1st day of the year. Perfect reference point to look back to by the end of the year. Excited on what I achieve in 6 and 12 months ??
