randomly remembered an aunt who's quite traditional and "old fashioned". In Western slang, bit of a Karen mentality as well. Ya know the type who says women shouldn't go to the gym or lift weights. "cause you gonna look ugly with muscles esp when you wear your dresses and skirts". That if you go to the gym, she expects me to spend hours just on the treadmill... or maybe toss the bosu ball...
or * shudder * dance zumba 😅 nothing against zumba but a pass for me. I rather bench or deadlift a barbell 😘
