how do you start a workout from scratch? sometimes I just don't need to follow my plan or I may be at a different location? help please?

carlosfromspain Click on Start Workout, then click on the lightning icon in the bottom left, that will activate Quick Workout Mode, and you can select the exercises you want to do as you go.

J-Spence.Fitness tried this as I thought it would be this simple but once I do this and choose my exercise things go wrong. there is a small circle next to the start workout button for time elapsed. when you click this it's supposed to show your active workout. which would only be 1 exercise since I just selected 1. but no mine shows over 20 exercises.
