what is the difference of a 3 month 1rm and the lifetime 1rm?
does 3month 1rm mean, I was able to achieve a new PR, in a shorter time frame? basically it's been under a month and I beat my previous?
or does it mean, in the past 3 months, this is a new PR, among the weight lifted in 3 months. But does not consider my real max PR, but I got 4+ month ago
