Which exercises are most effective for isolating the upper chest?

Stirtob incline bench press and incline hex press (keep dumbells touching as you press), and after that, just anything incline

LiftingLynx Banded or cable flys, seated upright on a bench( cables or bands come from behind you) , I have never felt my pecks burn like that until I tried them. And I've tried almost everything. You can adjust how high or low your hands come in front to change to lower, mid or higher pecks.

pah68 Pressing movements are not really isolation movements. Cable flyes of various angles would be great isolation options.

livelikeanapexpredator my go to is incline, but I go 30deg on the bench instead of the more common (I think) 45deg

and cable flies. I prefer these over DBs, and i try to do it seated on a bench whenever I can 😁
