Banded or cable flys, seated upright on a bench( cables or bands come from behind you) , I have never felt my pecks burn like that until I tried them. And I've tried almost everything. You can adjust how high or low your hands come in front to change to lower, mid or higher pecks.
and cable flies. I prefer these over DBs, and i try to do it seated on a bench whenever I can 😁
