Do you go to a gym or do you have a gym in your house? If you go to a gym, what do you do when it snows? Do you have any weights as a backup?

MirPowerlifting63WC Commercial gym! I still go when it snows, but maybe that is not possible where you live. Maybe get some resistance bands and free weights at home as back up?

FitInMy50s I have a decent home gym. Multi station weight machine. Adjustable Bowflex dumbbell set. Treadmill. Spin bike. Def adequate for a snow day but I go to a nicer gym.

LostNatureGirl I prefer to go to the gym. If I can’t I have about 7 apps on my phone to find a bodyweight workout. I had weights but my family have hid them or use them for various construction purposes. I prefer to go to the gym.

Double-A-Ron Both, prefer to go to the gym as an outing since i work for myself from home, its really nice to get out.
But i also really like my home gym setup its just missing some equipment like cable and legs machines.
