You probably won't believe this but I do sun gazing, specially during morning sunlight (beside coffee) I look into the sun direction but without looking directly to the sun, I do that for 3 to 5 mins daily

I’ve noticed that too lately especially since I’ve lowered my sugar and carb intake. I usually just power through it. Sometimes if it’s later in the day, I’ll take a quick power nap. 20 mins or so.

My crash time is usually 3:15-3:30. This is my break time and i just finished eating. I’d have to get up and start walking around. Otherwise I’ll get too tired. I’m on my feet 12 hours of the day.. so anytime I sit I’m pretty much gonna doze off

Breakfast- Greek yogurt and a cliff bar
Lunch- ground turkey, beans, veggie and rice
Snack- peanuts or a protein shake
Dinner is always different so I try and keep breakfast lunch and a snack consistent.
Water I drink about a gallon a day. Recently I tried to cut back on caffeine intake. I was have 3 cups in the am plus an energy drink in the afternoon and still was tired. I think my body was use to the caffeine and wasn’t doing anything anymore.

I agree with the sun thing, believe the science behind it has to do with making your nightly sleeping more restoritive. Also if you currently have caffefine immediete on waking try holding off 30min minium or even 90 min (science about allowing bodys natural rythym and hormonal regulations suggests doing such)
