I was wondering if anyone has migraines and does exercise seem to help. I have migraines at least once a week. And if I am able to start exercising, most times it goes away. But that is a big if, starting to exercise while your head feels like it going to explode, feeling nauseous and light hurts my eyes is not easy.

Alcastive I have problems with my ear crystals, so whenever I turn my head fast my head starts spinning, specially when I'm sleeping and try to turn sides, this happened since 2 years when I was hit by the sea waves on the rocks while I was dragged by sea currents anyhow, the symptoms reduced by half when I started lifting again since 6 months and when I started biking on mountain bike going uphill and downhill, it helped a lot reduce the symptoms like I used to get this everyday multiple times now I get it like once a week and it's minor spinning not like before

Kogre I used to get them a lot as a teenager. I do rarely still get them as an adult (once every few years) so I can't say whether exercise helps.

DevonFraserMcKenzie You’ll laugh at me, but I used to get migraines all the time and it finally went away once I got braces/invisalign.
It might be worth your time to see an orthodontist and ask

Lo356 I’m sorry you’re having that issue. That can be debilitating. My son who is a lifter had that problem recently. Realized he had tension in the trap /upper back and neck that contributed to it. He started some deep tissue massage and dry needling. For him, it was all related. Don’t know if that might help in your situation.
