Been looking at Combat fitness routines. I am curious to everyone’s thoughts about these types of routines versus traditional weightlifting. What do you think the biggest benefits are of the routine of your choice?

I feel it is working wonders for me although I can't recommend the course I purchased as it is highly expensive. I've learned and expressed more of myself and my body following these methods though. Mine is based in XinYi Internal arts.
