I am kinda terrified to do my cut. the last cut I did, I was lazy and also have chronic back pain so I felt like I just got skinny instead of actually cut with my muscles+I had less muscle than I do now. I so afraid to lose my hard work. I need reassurance and tips please:')) going to see my Physical therapist again soon and I'll mention the cut to her. but I know yall always give me good advice!

carlosfromspain Don't be too agressive with the cut to minimize muscle loss and reduce the risk of injury in your lowback.

Track your calories so that you are not to aggressive on the caloric deficit but will hold you accountable if you dont cut calories enough.

Keep working out for hypertrophy so you lose fat and little muscle.

Rest assured any muscle you lose you will gain back quickly after the cut, regaining muscle is much quicker than when you gain it the first time so don't stress.

Beckett24 Just make sure you are staying in a calorie deficit while still working out to burn fat but keep that lean muscle

ctout85 small deficit of around 500 kal so you still have energy to work out. I find if I cut too aggressively I don't want to work out as I have no energy.

Double-A-Ron Ultra high protein while cutting will help you retain your muscle mass while shedding fat.
