I’m looking for a workout set but I have a messed up hip (possibly need surgery if PT doesn’t help) and I have an inguinal and umbilical hernia both are small and docs said it’s okay to workout but legs and core are a no go. Any plans y’all would recommend? Mainly looking to lose weight and lean out.

Have you tried bands, dumbbells or barbells to see if they cause you pain? I would think that is the first place I would start before deciding upon a routine.
