Best exercise for fixing posture

jb767 Have found deadlifts (stiff leg) to be surprisingly helpful. Can start light with dumbbells and/or incorporate single leg variation

jsliedtke depends on the posture issue. as @jb767 mentioned, a hip hinge movement like deadlifts is great for lower back and face pulls are good for upper shoulder hunching
