Do you arrange training plans on your own or do you use those from JEFIT Team?

Shvabic The Jefit workouts are really bad and you should have a workout program that is customized to your needs and goals anyway.

jacx2 I created my own. The Jefit ones were way too long with a million exercises. I like my strength sessions to focus on one main lift and 2-3 accessory exercises.

Armando.AS Everyone should set a workout plan that is suitable for his level, goal and style of training. one idea is that you can edit the Jefit standard workout to fit your needs.
