headstands are hard and I want to work up to handstands one day! any advice on how to strengthen for this? I noticed my arms need more strength for sure. my balance was bad(had a wall behind me but would go off of it to try).

AelwxKraetorDraNator Well, shoulder pushes, start standing with an opened compass, place the palm of your hands on the ground, and keep you bottom up as to keep a semy hand stand posture, bring the top of your head towards the floor, don't arch your neck or back more that necessary, keep the effort on your shoulders and triceps, to step out of the position place a foot forward to transfer the weight to your legs and not strain your back

p.bxtrm Rhomboids and traps gonna do the majority of the work. Delts get a beating too. Exercises where you move the scapulas togheter gonna help gaining strenght where it's needed the most.
