This stretching routine can be done daily or on your "off" day. Both stretching and mobility work are an essential part of any good exercise program.
Remember: Tight, stiff muscles and connective tissue are an accident waiting to happen!
Focus on your breath as you relax into each stretch. Don't ever hold your breath as you work to release any tight muscle. Try performing 5-10 long, slow, deep breaths during each stretch.
