For the first exercise you will perform 15 deep squats and then 15 lunges with each leg. Remember to raise your knee in the directiont of your chest after the lunge. Rest and then repeat.
Second exercise you will perform walking lunges, with a barbell or dumbells, 15 lunges for each leg.
Third exercise you will perform a weigthed kickback. Remember to squeeze your glutes for 4 seconds when your leg is up.
In the sequence you will perform a leg press with lower weight, so then you can touch your knees in your chest to strech your glutes.
More kickbacks will never kill you!
To finish, a barbell hip thrust.
You are done and your ass will look great!
Remember to rest and perform this exercises with enough weigth to build your glutes muscles.
